The selection of our personnel it’s very important and is the main priority for our customers. KEARMY S.A. will be in charge of all responsibilities concerning the personnel (as payments and obligations to Caja Costarricense del Seguro Social, Banco Popular, ect.. ), and any details regarding the job, releasing all responsibilities to our clients.
KEARMY S.A. will supply uniforms, weapons, radio communications, cars and any and all elements required to complete any job description. We provide a specially and highly trained supervisor that will be in charge of any and all situations.
We will assign all the personnel required and any extra personnel to replace days off, vacations, absences, sick leave or any other situation. This enables our company to provide professional and complete security services.
Officer/s on schedule will be constantly checking all entrances, exits and perimeters, of which they are subject to watch, supervise and detect any and all abnormalities in the sector he is assigned to, reporting any in particularities or any suspicious situation/s and create a written record of the events and characteristics in the officer’s legal book (bitacora).
Regarding any irregular situations, the officer will immediately inform the base company, in order to coordinate with collaborating companies, officials or personnel and provide any support that may needed for any emergency situation and support for any information or facts to be verified, inspected or investigated.
Without notice and at any moment we will constantly supervise all the workstations and checkpoints to insure efficient and professional execution of services made by the officials during all regular hours labored. We monitor with the radio, phone and in certain cases cameras of which officers will report scheduled start and finish time to any irregularities or out of the ordinary activities. All reports will be logged in the Bitacora or legal book for any future use as a source of information.
